1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including:
- All major cities and metropolitan areas (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, etc.)
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
- Rural and remote areas.

2. Shipping Charges

3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Tier-2 Cities: 4–6 business days from dispatch.
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- Bulk Orders (100kg+): 5–10 business days (custom logistics).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it in real-time:
- Via the Track Order page on our website using your Order ID.
- Via the tracking link sent to your registered email and phone number.
- By contacting our support team with your Order ID.
6. Packaging & Safety
All chemical products are packaged with utmost care to ensure safe transit:
- Leak-proof containers with tamper-evident seals.
- Secondary protective packaging with cushioning material.
- Proper chemical labelling with safety data sheets (SDS) for institutional orders.
- Compliance with hazardous material shipping regulations where applicable.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. International Shipping
